Great place to buy your bird supplies! And were very helpful once we got there. They helped me and made sure I bought the right medication for my pigeons. Only down side was that I tried getting a hold of them to see if they were open on black Friday but no one ever answered so we took a gamble and drove 40min. When we arrived we were happy that they were open they had many calls coming so that explained why they never answered us maybe confirming store hours for holidays online would be helpful?
Also they do not sell pigeons there if anyone is wondering

Terrible service, over two weeks without communication they wouldn't answer phone calls or emails. They shipped my order to my previous address.The excuse they no longer shipp to my current address. That's a place I no longer recommend to buy anything for your birds. Took my money no problem, wanted me to pay for the order again rip off.
Great for getting meds but...lack of communication. If you have questions about the medication, no one ever answers the phone or responds to emails
I should have read the reviews before ordering. I ordered from Australia, 500ml's of Enrofloxacin (which costs around $150 AUD), I received 100ml's, so a fifth of what I ordered. I have emailed multiple times, called multiple times and every time I call they're "closed" even though it's the middle of the day and their website says they're open. What a complete rip off!!!!
Great supplier, shipped fast. There's not many good bird supply places like these left. I'm glad Jedds is around.
Took my money and RAN. I have tried to reach out several times about my purchase (that I didn't receive due to their negligence), with no response.
ETA: They responded today but only after my 1 star review, not after my 2 separate emails over the last 2 weeks. And not to try to rectify the issue of their absence but to say "too bad."
The one star stays. I also started receiving spam emails for shipping after making that purchase. I don't recommend this company.
